Erin wants to do the least but expects oohs and aahs from the crowd.
Yes, everybody is trying to do last seasons disastrous but ultimately funny trip.
Erin has everyone out, but this time there is more food than just caviar on Pringles.
No one is going to tell Erin she is starving them this year.
Sai is also on it.
Oh, and the gifts.
If this werent a Jewish household, I would say it looked like Christmas morning at Erins house.
However, she has a harrowing story.
How would it go flying unless she were naked and it had a clear path?
We dont know but if one sneeze is enough to dislodge the cup, would anyone use it?
One must sneeze quite regularly on her period.
Dont you think this wouldve been something the blood-moon engineers at Diva had already figured out and fixed?
Are those no longer a thing?)
After Erins completely innocuous offering, Jenna says its her turn for gifts.
However, she got Jessel, who wassaddled with that hideous nightie last year, something else.
Jenna has been taking notes, apparently.
I would much rather talk about the gifts given in this episode because the fights are exhausting.
Lets start with the most fun one, which is Racquel versus Sai and Ubah.
Sai thought she meant drive her own car out there, but Racquel meant she would drive Sais car.
Its the same thing she did to Jenna last season whenshe told everyone that Jenna wouldnt fly coach.
They sit down and Brynn immediately apologizes.
She says shes sorry and wants to move on.
Sai makes a very valid point, which is that she hasnt even expressed her feelings yet.
Brynn doesnt know what shes apologizing for.
I like Brynn, but shes turning out to be the seasons villain.
(And we havent even talked about her incessant queerbaiting yet.)
As far as the actual argument goes, I think its an everyone-is-wrong situation.
Sai is mad at Brynn for telling Jenna that Sai doesnt like her.
Jenna tells Sai that Brynn was one ofmanypeople that told her Sai was talking shit about her.
I just have to let it go.
Okay, thats mean.
I guess well allow it.
She says that she cant open up to the other women because they all twist one anothers words.
She has a great point here this whole show is a giant game of telephone.
This is a problem not just with the friend group but also with the show.
It seems that, for a group of Housewives, theyre all allergic to confrontation.
Here it is again.
But its not interesting drama, because there is nothing behind it.
You cant have a TV show just about words there needs to be action.
We need something towatch.
Might Jenna Fucking Lyons actually somehow turn out to be a good Housewife in the old mode?
She tells everyone they need to clean their ears and stop being pigeons.
Well, isnt Ubah also pigeoning by airing Sais beefs when Sai isnt even there?
We dont need a do-over; we just need Jenna to save us with some more jokes.
