Appeal dismissed

On Sunday,Varietyobtained court docs from Sean Combss attorneys moving to dismiss his appeal for bail.
Counsel has explained the effect of voluntary dismissal of the appeal.
He will stay incarcerated pending his trial in May 2025.
Diddy is currently at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
A judge ruled yesterday that he can access a preloaded laptop to prep for his defense.
As Combs awaits his criminal trial, he also continues to rack up civil lawsuits.
