Elora sympathizes, but she has something else on her mind.
The first thing out of her mouth after hearing Ricks story is Are you, like, full white?
Rick says the two met because they both enjoyed partying and confirms Eloras suspicions that she wasnt planned.
He has since had a change of heart, having stuck around to raise his second-chance family.
The scenes final pieces of dialogue start to tie together with previous events of the season.
Perhaps Cookie has been trying to reach out to Rick, too.
Mabels death is news to Rick, and it sends him spiraling into his own guilt again.
And she finally agrees to hug her dad.
What final lesson will the series depart with?
Are there any last-minute reunions in the works?
We get one more visit before this is all over, so lets hope its a good one.
