Well, yes and no.

Thanks to Barrys time-travel meddling, Afflecksgrizzled Batman appears to have been erased from existence, possibly for good.

(They still are outside of hard-core fandoms.)

Plus its an excuse to pack in that sweet, sweet pop of nostalgia.

But will we see Clooney back full time as the new (old-new?

Batman under the stewardship ofnew DC boss James Gunn?

Like with many ofThe Flashs cameos, Clooneys charming appearance (in a role heson recordas having despised!)

But this otherwise open ending feels like Gunn hedging his bets ahead of any major reboots.
