Then he needed to scare the hell out of Winston so he would start talking.
As in, calling all the COOs he pitched WDE (get it?
WDE = Winston Dick Energy) Risk Management to so they would fast-track the software licensing agreements.
The next morning, Wags hijacks Winstons big pitch meeting right before the COOs show up.
Or it could be a red herring, because,Billions.

I could say the same thing about Chuck, Prince, and even Axe.
